We close the gaps Phase 1 finds — identity & access, data governance, security controls — and establish an ISO 27001- and 42001-aligned AI governance framework, so your environment is ready to deploy enterprise AI responsibly.
Deploy & build up to 5 AI agents
We deploy your chosen AI capability — Claude Cowork first, or Microsoft 365 Copilot where your environment warrants it — and build up to five high-impact agents targeting your most manual-heavy processes, each human-in-the-loop, audit-trailed, and measured against hours saved.
Enablement & training
We train your people to use the capability responsibly, build simple agents themselves, and monitor agent output for reliability — standardised playbooks and hands-on labs, not slideware.
Managed AI governance & agent careretainer
The durable layer after go-live: ongoing agent monitoring and output review, governance and responsible-AI check-ins, performance optimisation, and new agent builds as needs emerge.
Indicative ranges in AUD, ex-GST; final fixed price is quoted per phase after the readiness assessment. Software licences (Claude or Microsoft 365 Copilot) are client-owned and passed through transparently at vendor pricing — never bundled into our fee.

Governance before go-live. The ISO 27001- and 42001-aligned framework is established in Phase 2, so nothing ships into an ungoverned environment.
Licences stay yours. Claude or Copilot seats are a client-owned pass-through, kept separate from our fee — so our platform advice stays honest.
Monitored, always. Agents degrade as businesses change. Ours ship with monitoring and output review, and the retainer keeps them reliable long after handover.
