AI deployment & agent build
Roll out the platform, then put agents on the processes that actually hurt.
What it is
Rollout of the enterprise AI capability chosen in your strategy work — Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot or another enterprise stack — followed by agents built on your most manual-heavy processes: document assembly, compliance packs, claims handling, client communications. Every agent ships human-in-the-loop, audit-trailed, and measured against the labour hours or cycle time it removes. Delivery runs in process waves: one process per wave, live and measured before the next begins.
Who it is for. Organisations with a remediated environment and at least one manual, high-volume, compliance-heavy process they would like back.
The steps, in order
The same sequence every time, so you can tell where an engagement is up to without asking. How the phases fit together across a full programme is set out on our approach.
Roll out the platform
Tenancy configuration, access model, data boundaries and admin controls for the capability chosen in your strategy engagement.
Choose the process
We pick the wave-one process on volume, manual effort and how cleanly the output can be checked — not on how impressive the demo would look.
Design the agent around the human
Where the agent acts, where a person decides, and what is written to the audit trail. The oversight points are designed first, not retrofitted.
Build and evaluate
The agent is built and tested against an evaluation set drawn from your own historical cases, so quality is measured on your work rather than on a vendor's.
Pilot with named users
A named group runs the agent on live work with the fallback path still open, and we fix what the pilot exposes.
Go live and measure
Production go-live with monitoring, a run-book, and the before-and-after measurement against the baseline we took at the start.
What you walk away with
Named deliverables, handed over as artefacts you own and can use without us.
| Deliverable | What it contains |
|---|---|
| Configured platform | Your enterprise AI capability live in your tenancy, with the access model and data boundaries set and documented. |
| Agents in production | Each agent human-in-the-loop and audit-trailed, running on a real process with a named business owner. |
| Evaluation set and results | The test cases drawn from your own history and how the agent scored against them — handed over, so you can re-run it after any change. |
| Run-book and audit trail | How to operate the agent, what to check, what to do when it is wrong, and where the record of every action lives. |
| Measured before-and-after | The baseline we took before the build and the same measure after go-live, against the labour hours or cycle time the process consumed. |
How long it takes, and what it costs
2–4 weeks per process wave
Elapsed time from kick-off to handover, assuming your people are available for the sessions the steps above describe.
$30K – $55K Per process wave
The first process wave costs more than the ones after it, and we would rather say so than let you discover it. By the second wave the platform is configured, the governance is in place and the delivery pattern is proven — so you are paying for a new process, not for standing everything up again.
All price bands on this site are indicative ranges in AUD, ex-GST. The final fixed price is quoted per engagement once scope is agreed. Software licences (Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot or another enterprise stack) are client-owned and passed through at vendor pricing — never bundled into our fee.
What it depends on, and what comes next
Remediation & environment readiness
A remediated environment. We do not deploy agents into an environment that failed its readiness assessment, however much everyone would like to skip ahead.
Remediation & environment readiness →Enablement & training
Enablement, so the people around the agents can run and review them without us in the room.
Enablement & training →Bring us the process that hurts most
Describe your most manual, compliance-heavy workflow. We will tell you plainly whether an agent can carry it — and what that would be worth.
