AI readiness & gap assessment
A score out of 100 against the Keelix AI Readiness Benchmark, and the roadmap to raise it.
What it is
A benchmarked diagnostic of your environment, data governance, security posture and responsible-AI maturity. It produces a score out of 100 against the Keelix AI Readiness Benchmark — six weighted domains scored against evidence rather than opinion — together with a documented gap analysis and a prioritised roadmap. It is standalone by design: you can act on the roadmap with your own team and never speak to us again. The benchmark is a Keelix measurement instrument, not a certification.
Who it is for. Organisations that have decided AI matters and now need to know, on evidence, whether their environment can carry it safely — and what it would take if it cannot.
The steps, in order
The same sequence every time, so you can tell where an engagement is up to without asking. How the phases fit together across a full programme is set out on our approach.
Request the evidence
We ask for artefacts, not assurances: policies, tenancy configuration, access reviews, data classification, incident history.
Run the workshops
Two to four working sessions with IT, security, risk and the business owners of the processes you want automated.
Score every domain
Each control in the benchmark is scored against the evidence on a four-level maturity scale, which is how the score out of 100 is produced.
Write up the gaps
Every gap gets its evidence, its impact, the effort to close it, and a plain statement of whether it blocks safe deployment.
Prioritise and read out
A sequenced roadmap and a readout session where we walk your leadership team through the score, the gaps and the honest cost of closing them.

$20K – $35K Fixed price
Standalone and fixed before we start; the fee is credited against a subsequent programme if you continue with us.
All price bands on this site are indicative ranges in AUD, ex-GST. The final fixed price is quoted per engagement once scope is agreed. Software licences (Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot or another enterprise stack) are client-owned and passed through at vendor pricing — never bundled into our fee.
